My Christmas Gift to You
Each gift was beautifully, meticulously wrapped. Thick, expensive paper; craft store ribbon and handmade bows; stationary tags; and an occasional ornament topper. The print on the paper matched up where the ends met, and double-sided tape held the paper in place, so as not to interfere with the beauty of the presentation. The gifts looked so magnificent, I wished the recipients didn’t have to tear through my efforts to get to the goods.
